These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of velostatic.in (the "Site") and any services offered by VeloStatic ("VeloStatic", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
VeloStatic provides web development, web design, custom software, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and price for any project are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between VeloStatic and the client, which takes precedence over this general description.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and branding - including the VeloStatic name and logo - are the property of VeloStatic unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for a client project is governed by the applicable project agreement.
5. Payment
Pricing, payment schedules, and invoicing terms for client projects are agreed in writing before work begins. Late or missed payments may result in a pause of work until resolved.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the Site available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VeloStatic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability relating to a specific client project is governed by that project's agreement.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
